Unless you're an ancient Greek, this is not how we typically use Morality and Ethics in the modern study of the latter. Morality is based on codified standards of conduct established by an authority: The Ten Commandments are a moral code. Ethics is the study of right and wrong, and systems for determining the difference. One can be moral---following the rules---without being ethical, and one can be ethical while violating the rules.

Great post, however. - Jack Marshall
