It hasn't been that long since going to Miller Park was "trendy" thing to do. They have built a great young (Jason) fan base, and an exciting offense, but when that pitching can't contribute fans begin thinking Packers way too early. I hope, even as a Cubs fan, that the Brewers are wise and get all they can from a player like Fielder and keep this team relevant and competitive for as long as possible. Things would be different if the Brewers had a clear path to the playoffs the next two years, but things are too murky for them to take that chance.
